This long-term commitment to the Triathlon is obvious for both the distributor and the car manufacturer. For several years now, Renault has chosen mountain and running as partnerships territories. These correspond perfectly to the promotion of its lineup of electric vehicles (Twizy / Zoe / Kangoo and Master) and crossovers (Captur / Kadjar / Koleos). On top of this, the Alpe d'Huez resort is well known by the brand, also partner of the Comedy Festival which takes place there every year in January. Groupe Manuel is well established in the sector and obviously wants to introduce the inhabitants of the resort and the triathletes to the youngest range in Europe as well as the brand new Alpine (the Group is pleased to be one of the few distributors in France).
But the brand's involvement in the TIME Triathlon Alpe d'Huez goes far beyond that, as Marc Ferret, Regional Director of the Renault Group explains: "Every year, the Renault Group is approached by many organizers of top sport and cultural events in the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes region. It is not easy to choose. But it's been 7 years since we are loyal to the appointment. During the event from July 30th to August 3rd, Renault will be present at the Village EXPO, but will also provide logistical and organizational support, thanks to the diversity of the Renault range of vehicles to meet all its needs.
